Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital and offline marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The role requires expertise in SEO, PPC campaigns, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising, and other marketing channels. This individual will oversee campaign planning, execution, performance optimization, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve brand and revenue goals. Identify new opportunities across digital and traditional channels to increase customer acquisition and retention. Plan annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Align marketing strategies with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive business growth.2. Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, SEM) Lead the execution and optimization of SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic. Plan and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other search platforms. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimize campaigns for ROI. Monitor and enhance website performance, including user experience and conversion rates. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager for performance tracking and reporting.3. Paid Media & Social Advertising Develop and manage advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels. Optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize conversions. Implement A/B testing and performance analysis for ad creatives and landing pages. Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and adjust campaigns accordingly to meet objectives.4. Content & Brand Marketing Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and landing pages. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms. Support the creation of video, influencer, and campaign-based content to enhance engagement. Leverage storytelling to build brand recognition and trust with target audiences.5. Analytics & Performance Reporting Set up and monitor key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, lead quality, etc.). Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and growth opportunities to senior management. Use analytics to drive data-backed decisions and continuous campaign optimization. Track competitor performance and identify market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.6. Marketing Tools & Technology Manage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for lead nurturing and automation. Oversee implementation and integration of marketing technologies for campaign tracking and analytics. Ensure proper data hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).7. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives, content creators, and digital specialists. Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations). Build strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners. Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and performance-driven marketing.Qualifications

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, and paid social media. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEM tools. Proven track record of delivering high-ROI campaigns across multiple platforms. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, algorithms, and emerging technologies.
