Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
- We re looking for a brand-led creative strategist who can turn insights, cultural moments, and community behaviours into powerful concepts, storyboards, and campaigns. You will develop storyboards, scripts, and brand narratives, then work closely with our in-house video editor to bring them to life across TikTok, Meta, and emerging platforms.
- You ll define the emotional tone of our brand, craft stories that resonate across diverse markets such as UAE, Brazil, Turkey, Mexico, India, Pakistan, Egypt, KSA, and more. You must be deeply tuned into global trends, virality loops, cultural nuance, behavioural signals, and platform-native storytelling.
- Post-launch, you ll analyse performance data, identify narrative patterns that work, and use those learnings to continually refine and evolve the brand.
Brand-Building Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity
- Strengthen and evolve the brand identity, voice, personality, and emotional tone
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and across markets such as UAE, Brazil, Turkey, Mexico, India, Pakistan, Egypt, KSA
- Translate brand values of community, connection, and belonging into daily creative execution
- Build a recognisable, memorable brand presence across short-form and long-form formats
Narrative Development
- Craft ongoing brand narratives that build emotional attachment
- Develop story arcs tailored to specific regions such as UAE, KSA, Egypt, Brazil, Turkey, Mexico, India, Pakistan, etc.
- Create storytelling frameworks that differentiate us from typical dating or social apps
- Establish repeatable creative systems that strengthen brand recall
Brand Moments & Campaigns
- Build brand campaigns around cultural, seasonal, and platform-relevant moments
- Create viral, memorable brand moments for markets like Brazil, India, and KSA
- Shape cross-platform brand storytelling together with founders and product teams
- Creative Strategy & Execution
Creative Ideation
- Turn insights and cultural trends into powerful creative concepts
- Build storyboards, scripts, and shot lists for our in-house video editor
- Identify culturally relevant creative angles for each market
Trend Awareness & Virality
- Track global and regional trends across TikTok, Meta, and emerging platforms
- Understand virality loops and what drives attention and sharing
- Quickly adapt trends into brand-relevant content tailored for each region
Execution & Creative Direction
- Provide clear creative direction to the editor on tone, visuals, pacing, and narrative structure
- Maintain creative excellence across all output
- Optimise content for platform-native engagement and performance
Data-Driven Creative Intelligence
- Review creative performance metrics (CTR, watch time, engagement, retention, CPI impact)
- Identify storytelling and creative patterns that drive strong performance
- Use Mixpanel or similar tools to understand how users behave after engaging with content
- Understand how Meta and TikTok campaigns report creative performance
- Feed insights into weekly creative testing and iteration cycles
