Roles

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our content and brand growth strategy across multiple business verticals in Dubai, including real estate, F&B, and hospitality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals across multiple industry verticals

  • Build and manage monthly and weekly content calendars for all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

  • Set KPIs, track campaign performance, and produce detailed analytics reports with actionable insights

  • Lead and coordinate the internal creative team including content creators, photographers, videographers, and graphic designers

  • Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, allocating spend across paid and organic channels

  • Identify growth opportunities through competitor analysis and market research

  • Liaise with external agencies, influencers, and media partners as needed

  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, Real Estate, or Hospitality

  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Leadership experience managing a creative team
