Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Define and execute the marketing vision for the Retail Discount business, positioning offerings as value-oriented solutions
Build and evolve a compelling brand story that resonates with cost-conscious consumers
Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital channels, traditional media, and in-store promotions
Ensure campaigns align with business objectives, customer insights, and budget parameters
Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and trends within discount retail
Use performance data to optimize marketing tactics and improve return on investment
Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
Support retail operations with marketing materials, in-store activations, and promotional initiatives
Manage the marketing budget, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of proven marketing experience with strong exposure to brand communication, media planning, and digital marketing
At least 7 years of experience within the retail sector
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced retail environment
