Roles & Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Define marketing goals and KPIs that align with overall business objectives to ensure a clear focus on pipeline growth and partner engagement.
  • Collaboration with Sales : Work closely with the Sales team to track opportunity conversion rates and optimize demand generation efforts, supporting both new customer acquisition and retention of existing customers.
  • Market Understanding : Articulate product and solution information in the context of cybersecurity challenges and business value, effectively moving prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Program Development : Take the lead in developing channel partner programs and activities that drive engagement and results, specifically tailored to the cybersecurity market.
  • Tactical Alignment : Align tactical marketing plans with broader marketing strategies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all initiatives.
  • Adaptability : Remain adaptable to changing market conditions and organizational requirements, demonstrating flexibility in approach and execution.
  • Tracking Success : Comfortable aligning marketing plans with tangible business outcomes using campaign tracking tools.

Position Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, partner business models, and the buyer s journey.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with proficiency in reporting and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in marketing preferably within the cybersecurity industry.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, partner business models, and the buyer s journey.

Bachelor s degree in Marketing or Advertising.

At least 10 years of relevant marketing experience.
