Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that enhance the hotel s brand visibility, drive occupancy and revenue, and engage target audiences across all channels. This role involves close collaboration with sales, revenue, digital, and F&B teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and maximum market impact.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with hotel goals and brand standards.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Maintain and update hotel website content, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and user engagement.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials (brochures, banners, ads, menus, etc.).
  • Manage hotel presence on OTAs, review platforms, and third-party listings.
  • Track marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the revenue team on pricing strategies and promotional offers.
  • Build relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers for PR and brand exposure.
  • Support the launch and promotion of hotel events, F&B activations, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences to inform strategy.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with brand standards and guidelines.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Hospitality.
  • 3 5 years of experience in hotel marketing or hospitality-related marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with luxury or lifestyle hotel branding is a plus.
