Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies for Majid Al Futtaim s Retail Discount business. This role focuses on building brand equity, driving customer acquisition, and strengthening retention through data-driven campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store channels.

What You ll Do
* Define and implement brand positioning strategies to establish the Retail Discount brand as a leading value-oriented retailer.
* Create and execute annual marketing plans targeting cost-conscious consumers and increasing market share.
* Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms (social media, SEO, SEM, email), traditional media, and in-store activations.
* Conduct market research to analyze customer behavior, trends, and opportunities, using data to optimize campaign performance.
* Partner with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
* Deliver marketing materials, promotional plans, and in-store activations to support retail operations and drive traffic.
* Build and manage a strong online presence across websites, e-commerce, and social media channels.
* Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI from campaigns.
* Track KPIs, assess campaign performance, and implement improvements for continuous growth.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in brand strategy, brand communication, and media planning.
* Strong background in digital marketing and both ATL and BTL campaign execution.
* Proven experience developing in-store activations and customer engagement initiatives.
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage large-scale marketing budgets.
