Job Description

The role of a Marketing Manager for Wearables is a dynamic and critical position within our organization. This person is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately boost sales in the rapidly growing wearables market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer electronics, particularly wearables, and possess the creativity and insight needed to position our products as market leaders. With an eye on the latest market trends and consumer behaviors, the Marketing Manager will craft compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The role demands a mix of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on abilities to work alongside various departments, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and excellent go-to-market execution.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our wearable product line.
  • Plan and conduct market research to identify consumer needs and preferences.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business goals.
  • Lead the development of engaging marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including ads, brochures, and digital content.
  • Maintain relationships with media outlets to maximize brand exposure and visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance to continuously optimize marketing efforts and ROI.
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance market presence and reach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a creative and productive work environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer electronics.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the wearable technology market and consumer trends.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing a marketing team.
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
