Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Strategy & Planning

• Assist in development of marketing strategy for Dubai-based real-estate projects (pre-launch, launch, post-handover) in collaboration with India leadership.

• Conduct market research, competitor profiling and investor/owner segmentation in Dubai and key source-markets (e.g., India) to inform positioning, messaging and targeting.

• Propose value propositions and branding inputs for Dubai developments and help localise them for international investor audiences.


Execution & Co-ordination with India Team

• Work with India marketing team to plan and execute integrated campaigns (digital: search/SEM, social; offline: print, events, roadshows; international investor outreach) supporting Dubai developments.

• Create, or supervise the creation of marketing assets (brochures, renders, videos, landing pages) ensuring they meet Dubai brand and market requirements and align with India team’s execution.

• Support digital presence for Dubai projects (website landing pages, social media localization, property-portals) and interface with India team to ensure lead-flow, hand-offs and tracking.

• Coordinate across Dubai sales, product/asset, creative/agency teams and India marketing team to ensure timely delivery, localization of content, and smooth campaign execution.


Local Market Know-How & Stakeholder Engagement

• Maintain strong understanding of Dubai real-estate market dynamics: supply/demand, pricing trends, investor sentiment (especially overseas investors), regulatory environment (e.g. Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Dubai Land Department) etc.

• Where applicable, mentor or coordinate junior marketing professionals or support staff in Dubai and liaison with India team.

• Build and manage relationships with local brokers/agents, property-portals, media/PR, event-partners in Dubai and work with India team to tap into Indian/international investor channels.

• Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with Dubai/UAE real-estate advertising regulations, brand guidelines and are appropriate.


Vendor / Budget / Team Co-ordination

• Liaise with external agencies/vendors (digital media, creative, events) in Dubai and together with India team ensure deliverables meet expectations and budget.

• Manage marketing budget allocation (Dubai + cross-market India investor campaigns) in alignment with strategy and execution plan.


Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven track record of marketing real-estate developments (residential/mixed use) including campaign planning & execution across digital + offline channels

• Excellent analytical skills: ability to interpret campaign metrics and translation into action.

• Deep knowledge of Dubai real-estate market (investor behaviours, regulatory environment, broker/portal ecosystem)

• Excellent communication (Arabic language is a plus) and stakeholder management (internal cross-functional + external agencies/vendors).

• Highly organized, self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
