Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content Creation
- Assist in managing social media channels for multiple brands, including scheduling posts and keeping stories active.
- Create graphics and branded marketing assets to support content production in Canva, including photos and video editing.
- Work with translators to ensure captions are accurate and aligned with brand tone.
- Coordinate on-ground story coverage at branches and capture content on shoot days as well as on an ad-hoc basis.
2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist in preparing content briefs for campaigns and updating content across website, email, social media channels and other assets.
- Support paid ads with creative assets and track campaign performance.
- Take ownership of SEO tasks relating to all websites
3. Influencer & Partnership Support
- Maintain influencer and partnership databases.
- Support outreach, coordination, and management of all influencer & partnership relationships
- Track deliverables and help ensure influencer campaigns convert leads effectively.
4. PR & Events
- Support PR initiatives, community outreach, and event preparation.
- Assist with media kits, event materials, and coverage at relevant events.
5. Lead & CRM Support
- Input and update leads from all channels into the CRM.
- Assist with newsletters and campaign communications.
- Help track and report campaign results.
6. Administration & Brand Standards
- Keep campaign calendars up to date and monitor deadlines.
- Ensure all creative output and collaborations adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay aware of social media trends and suggest content ideas to keep channels fresh.
- Review internal and external branding assets, and keep standards consistent across all assets (internal and external)
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years GCC experience in marketing, PR, or social media (beauty/aesthetics/wellness preferred).
Fluent in Arabic & English.
Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
Proven record in delivering KPIs (leads, engagement, conversions).
Skilled in Canva; familiar with Hootsuite, HubSpot, Later or similar.
Strong grasp of social media trends and content creation.
Creative design and video/photo editing skills.
Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking.
Proactive, collaborative, independent and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Email marketing, copywriting, campaign creation and SEO
Plus: Experience in business development.
