Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research to identify and analyze relevant businesses, brands, and places across multiple platforms
- Evaluate and classify entities based on category, relevance, and market presence
- Extract structured marketing research data, including:
- Business name, type, and category
- Location and coverage area
- Available contact details
- Publicly available visibility indicators (activity level, audience size, online presence, etc.)
- Verify, cross-check, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Organize research findings into clean, well-structured spreadsheets and databases
- Apply consistent naming conventions, categorization rules, and formatting standards
- Identify missing, unclear, or inconsistent data and flag it for internal review
- Maintain an organized, searchable, and up-to-date research database
- Follow defined research guidelines and quality standards while working independently
- Strong online research and data extraction skills
- Clear understanding of marketing research principles and data relevance
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets and/or Excel)
- Ability to analyze information and categorize it logically
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and reading) Mandatory
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable handling large volumes of structured data
