Job Description

Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Create and manage content for digital platforms (social media, website, email, etc.) aligned with brand voice and strategy.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, design, product) to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (campaign ROI, digital analytics, customer engagement) and prepare reports.
Support event planning, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners for marketing deliverables.
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communications and materials.
Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to bring innovative ideas.
Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Encourage and curate User Generated Content (UGC) from customers to build brand authenticity and community engagement.
Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify UGC campaigns and expand reach.
Moderate, repurpose, and integrate UGC into brand channels while ensuring alignment with company standards and policies.
