Role Summary

Our Client is seeking a proactive, 'hands-on' Marketing Production & Activations Specialist in Dubai. This critical role bridges the gap between our international leadership in the UK and South Africa and our key client in the building materials industry. You will be the 'eyes and ears' on the ground, managing marketing asset production and overseeing physical execution of brand activations across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and manage relationships with high-quality Dubai-based printing houses, Building Material , fabricators, and promotional gift suppliers.
• Lead the end-to-end production of marketing collateral, from large-format site signage and building wraps to brochures and corporate gifts.
• Coordinate setup, logistics, and teardown of marketing events and activations.
• Provide consistent reports to leadership in UK & South Africa, aligning on global timelines.
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with vendors using local market insights
