Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans.
- Oversee marketing campaigns and ensure they align with company goals.
- Manage the marketing team and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Conduct market research to understand customer perceptions and behavior.
- Identify potential markets and assess the feasibility of new products.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Bachelor s / Master s in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
- Must have UAE driving license.
