Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Tasks
- Support the creation and execution of offline marketing plans for multiple MANN+HUMMEL Automotive Aftermarket brands within the defined region in line with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and execute offline marketing activities across the region, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop end-to-end offline campaigns including planning, activation, and performance analysis.
- Prepare and review marketing content, newsletters, materials, product information, and promotional merchandise for targeted audiences.
- Manage and track marketing/promotional items to support sales teams and strengthen brand visibility.
- Coordinate advertising and promotional activities across traditional channels such as print, billboards, radio, magazines.
- Organise and support events including distributor conferences, product days, Tec Days, training events, and customer activations.
- Plan and manage trade show participation, including booth design, branding concepts, supplier coordination, and onsite execution.
- Act as a Brand Guardian by ensuring consistent usage of brand identity and guidelines across all materials.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and event agencies for design development, content creation, production, and campaign rollouts.
- Support digital activities such as social media content scheduling, basic website updates, and coordination with digital agencies.
- Track and report digital analytics through monthly dashboards.
- Monitor, evaluate, and prepare performance reports on overall marketing activities, including ROI analysis of campaigns and events.
- Gather and consolidate competitor intelligence (pricing, product range, promotions, retail presence, SWOT inputs) for the marketing information system.
- Support CRM activities by updating leads, generating reports, and contributing to new lead generation from offline initiatives.
- Assist in preparing product releases, product photography, and creative assets for offline and digital use.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Arabic (written and spoken)University degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent field of education or work cumulated experience2 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry or the independent aftermarket sector.Strong business acumen, customer orientation, organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure and take initiative.Ability to think both critically and creatively to solve problems and support campaign development.Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
