Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist who can drive our multi-channel marketing strategy while directly engaging with clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable appearing in videos and reels, managing client relationships, and executing effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead our multi-channel marketing strategy development and implementation
- Create and appear in promotional videos and social media content
- Interface directly with customers to schedule appointments and deliver final results
- Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into clients
- Analyze marketing performance and optimize ad campaigns
- Champion marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives
- Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service
- Collaborate directly with our principal photographer to help scale operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a creative industry
- Comfortable appearing on camera for promotional content
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation
- Basic understanding of photography/videography concepts
- Client service orientation with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaigns
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience in the UAE media landscape
- Background in photography, videography, or visual arts
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
