Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials in line with approved brand guidelines.
  • Create and design digital and print materials including brochures, flyers, packaging, event displays, and product visuals such as renders and mockups.
  • Develop and update marketing collateral that effectively communicates product benefits and brand messaging.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create targeted content for various customer segments and platforms.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance and recommend enhancements to improve ROI.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools.
  • Contribute creative and innovative ideas to strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
  • Track marketing activities and prepare periodic reports on performance, effectiveness, and improvement areas.
  • Work closely with the Trade Marketing Executive to support overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and ensure effective communication across departments.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and consumer preferences to support data-driven decisions.
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive targeted engagement and conversions.
  • Coordinate events, promotions, and marketing activities, ensuring all logistical and branding details are executed accurately to enhance brand presence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand communication, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong creative and design skills.
  • Good understanding of branding and digital marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and social media management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
