Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities for the company. This includes managing the company’s presence at major industry events such as local trade fairs, in-store promotions, and consumer engagement activities. The role ensures strong brand visibility, effective communication, and alignment with the company’s marketing strategies within the UAE market.
- Plan and execute the company’s participation in key industry events, including Gulfood, trade fairs, and consumer exhibitions.
- Coordinate booth design, layout, branding, and promotional materials with external vendors and internal teams.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and vendor negotiations.
- Ensure on-site supervision during events to oversee setup, branding accuracy, and overall operations.
- Conduct post-event evaluation, reporting on ROI, leads generated, and brand exposure
- Plan and implement in-store promotions, sampling campaigns, and product activation programs.
- Work closely with sales teams to create promotional calendars and support market penetration goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest promotional strategies to enhance brand competitiveness.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all promotional materials and events.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop flyers, brochures, POS materials, digital assets, and product displays.
- Support new product launches through promotional campaigns and market activation events.
- Manage marketing budgets related to events and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations for food promotions, sampling activities, and commercial events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven experience managing events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
- Knowledge of UAE market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with design tools is an advantage.
