Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provides support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive product trials, and strengthen consumer engagement. This role will manage all brand events, exhibitions, in-store activations, mini-mart promotions, and trade marketing activities to ensure consistent brand presence across channels.
- Plan, organize, and execute brand events, product launches, roadshows, and mini-mart promotions.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor sourcing, booth design, staffing, and on-ground setup.
- Coordinate sampling activities to increase consumer engagement and product trials.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all event materials.
- Lead the company’s participation in industry exhibitions and trade fairs.
- Liaise with event organizers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely preparation.
- Manage exhibition budgets and track ROI for each event.
- Develop and implement in-store visibility initiatives for dairy and juice categories.
- Coordinate with sales teams to schedule mini-mart and supermarket promotions.
- Monitor execution quality, POSM placement, and adherence to planograms
- Track performance of promotions and provide insights for improvement.
- Manage event and activation budgets efficiently within the assigned monthly limit.
- Provide timely reports on activities, KPIs, costs, and consumer feedback.
- Analyze activation results and recommend strategies for higher conversion and visibility.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align on brand objectives and campaign plans.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance for smooth execution of activities.
- Coordinate with creative agencies for design and production of promotional materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in event management, trade marketing, or brand activations—preferably in FMCG.
- Experience with dairy or beverage categories is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and FMCG trade channels.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for events and activations.
