Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Department Oversight & Leadership
a. Supervise and guide the marketing team comprising digital marketing, SEO, creative design, and campaign execution specialists.
b. Ensure alignment of all marketing activities with the company’s strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
c. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, identify challenges, and provide actionable feedback.
d. Support the Marketing Head in annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting of marketing initiatives.
2. Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
a. Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that encompass digital, print, and experiential channels.
b. Oversee the execution of campaigns managed by subordinates, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and measurable ROI.
c. Evaluate campaign performance and suggest strategic improvements for ongoing and future initiatives.
d. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
3. Digital Marketing & SEO Supervision
a. Review and guide the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing.
b. Oversee SEO performance, ensuring website optimization, keyword effectiveness, content alignment, and analytics tracking.
c. Analyze digital performance reports (traffic, engagement, conversion) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
d. Ensure the integration of SEO and paid marketing efforts to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
4. Brand Management & Creative Direction
a. Maintain consistency in brand identity across all digital and offline marketing materials.
b. Supervise the development of creative assets including brochures, videos, social media visuals, packaging, and advertisements.
c. Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to ensure creative excellence and adherence to brand standards.
d. Oversee visual storytelling and content strategies to strengthen brand recall and engagement across channels.
5. Marketing Communications, PR & Events
a. Support the team in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and sponsorships that enhance brand presence.
b. Oversee public relations activities, press releases, media coordination, and influencer partnerships.
c. Ensure cohesive messaging across all external communications and marketing campaigns.
d. Work with external agencies and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing collaterals and event materials.
6. Market Research & Analytics
a. Oversee market research activities to analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and customer insights.
b. Consolidate and interpret analytics reports from digital and traditional marketing sources to guide data-driven decisions.
c. Evaluate team-generated performance reports and present concise summaries and recommendations to the Marketing Head.
d. Identify growth opportunities and emerging market segments to support strategic marketing initiatives.
7. Stakeholder Coordination
a. Serve as the point of contact for interdepartmental marketing coordination, ensuring all stakeholders are informed on campaign timelines and deliverables.
b. Present campaign updates and performance summaries to senior management and the Division/Department Heads as required.
8. Workflow & Process Management
a. Establish efficient workflows to meet project deadlines.
b. Use project management tools or calendars to track deliverables and campaign milestones.
c. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline marketing operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferable though not mandatory.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing-related roles, with proven supervisory or leadership experience (managing teams, projects, and budgets).
- Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies.
- Demonstrable success in achieving measurable marketing and business results.
