Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver structured martial arts and self-defense training programs tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels, ensuring progressive skill acquisition.
  • Assess students' physical capabilities and provide personalized feedback, adjusting training methods to accommodate individual needs and learning styles.
  • Demonstrate and explain techniques clearly, emphasizing proper form, biomechanics, and the practical application of movements in self-defense scenarios.
  • Maintain a safe and disciplined training environment, enforcing rules and protocols to prevent injuries and promote respectful behavior among students.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a nationally recognized certification in martial arts instruction or self-defense, demonstrating a foundational level of expertise.
  • Holds a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, indicating a basic level of education and comprehension.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in teaching martial arts or self-defense, showcasing practical experience.
  • Exhibits fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with students and colleagues.
