Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Replacement and dismantling of bathtubs, including tile patch work
Concrete wall demolition and related repair works
Waterproofing works for bathrooms, kitchens, and wet areas
Tile slope works to ensure proper water drainage
Mold issue rectification and dampness treatment
Plastering works, including surface leveling and finishing
Basic painting and touch-up works (for Mason Cum Painter)
Reading work instructions and following safety guidelines
Ensuring work is completed on time and to required quality standards
Requirements:
Age limit: Below 40 years
Proven experience as a Mason or Mason Cum Painter
Desired Candidate Profile

Strong attention to quality and finishing
Time management and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of tools, materials, and safety practices
