Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized assessments to understand clients' specific needs and health conditions, ensuring tailored massage therapy sessions.
  • Utilize a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage to effectively address client concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and hygienic workspace, adhering to industry standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Educate clients on self-care practices, including stretching and relaxation techniques, to enhance the benefits of massage therapy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy, demonstrating compliance with local regulations.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical or wellness setting preferred, showcasing a solid understanding of diverse techniques.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
