Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Provide professional massage treatments such as relaxation, deep tissue, Thai, and other therapeutic techniques.

  2. Ensure clients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their treatment sessions.

  3. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper preparation of treatment rooms, equipment, and materials.

  4. Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming spa experience for all clients.

  5. Follow spa policies, hygiene standards, and professional conduct at all times.

  6. Communicate politely with clients to understand their needs and preferences before treatments.

  7. Ensure all services are performed safely and according to spa procedures.

  8. Support the overall spa environment by maintaining professionalism and teamwork with other staff members.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Female candidates only

  • Previous experience in massage therapy preferred

  • Professional, friendly, and positive attitude

  • Passionate about wellness and helping clients relax and feel their best

  • Good personal hygiene and professional behavior

  • Basic English communication skills

  • Indonesian, Thai, and Nepali candidates preferred

  • Other nationalities are also welcome to apply

  • Ability to provide good customer service and work well in a spa team environment
