Hiring: Pattern Maker / Master Cutter (Women’s Couture Brand) – Sharjah

We are a growing women’s couture brand specializing in evening gowns, wedding dresses, corsets, and custom-made garments.

We are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker / Master Cutter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create patterns for women’s garments (gowns, corsets, dresses, structured pieces)

• Perform master cutting with high precision

• Execute draping on mannequin and develop patterns

• Handle fittings, adjustments, and alterations

• Ensure perfect fit, balance, and finishing

• Support tailors during garment construction

• Maintain high quality across all pieces

• Minimize fabric wastage

• Work closely with the owner on designs and custom orders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience (UAE or Gulf preferred)

• Strong experience in evening gowns and corsets

• Skilled in pattern making, draping, and cutting

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• High attention to detail and finishing

• Knowledge of digital pattern software (Optitex or similar) is a plus

Salary

AED 5,500 – 7,500 (based on experience)
