Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly interpret and execute complex pattern-making instructions, ensuring precision in every cut and measurement, transforming designs into perfectly realized garments.
  • Lead the cutting process, optimizing fabric usage and minimizing waste while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and other team members, contributing technical expertise and offering insightful feedback on design feasibility and construction.
  • Supervise and mentor junior cutters and tailors, imparting knowledge and skills to foster a skilled and cohesive team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma or Certification in Tailoring/Pattern Making or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of garment construction.
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in high-end tailoring or couture, showcasing a proven track record of excellence.
  • Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in pattern making, cutting, and garment construction, consistently delivering impeccable results.
  • Exhibits strong technical skills, including the ability to operate industrial cutting equipment and utilize relevant software.
