• Hybrid & EV Electrical Systems: Diagnose, repair, and maintain high-voltage battery systems, inverters, motors, and related hybrid/electric components.
• Vehicle Wiring & Electronics: Handle conventional vehicle electrical systems including wiring, ECUs, lighting, and starters.
• Workshop Setup & Safety: Ensure proper setup of diagnostic tools, EV charging stations, and high-voltage safety equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OEM and local high-voltage safety standards; train staff on safe handling of hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Technical Support: Assist service advisors and technicians with complex hybrid/electric electrical issues; provide technical explanations to customers when needed.
• Training & Mentorship: Mentor junior technicians in hybrid/electric vehicle electrical systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service logs, repair records, and provide technical feedback for continuous workshop improvement.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5–8 years in automotive electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with hybrid vehicles and high-voltage EV systems.
• Familiarity with OEM-approved diagnostic tools and safety protocols.
• Experience in training or mentoring junior staff preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automotive Engineering.
• Certification in EV/HEV technology, high-voltage safety, or OEM-specific programs preferred.
• Continuous learning in modern hybrid/electric vehicle systems is desirable.
