Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements
Vocational or Technical Diploma in Automotive Technology (or equivalent).
Minimum 4-5 yearsu2019 workshop experience with at least 2 years in a senior or master technician
capacity.
JLR and OEM accreditation as a Master Technician is preferred.
Advanced expertise in diagnostics, electrical systems, and complex mechanical repairs.
Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driveru2019s license


Physical requirements

Ability to stand, kneel, and work in physically demanding positions for long periods.
Capable of lifting and moving parts or equipment weighing up to 25u201330 kg.
Good manual dexterity for precision diagnostic work.
Strong visual and auditory acuity for troubleshooting and safety.
Ability to safely operate workshop equipment and test-drive vehicles when required
