Material Planning Engineer Aria Holding

The Material Planning Engineers are responsible for material planning and ensuring that all required materials are available according to project
schedules. This role involves demand forecasting, inventory planning, and collaborating with procurement teams to ensure materials are ordered
and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage material planning schedules aligned with project timelines and milestones.
Forecast material requirements based on project demands and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ordering.
Monitor inventory levels and adjust planning schedules to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to address any material planning issues.
Analyze historical data and trends to improve planning accuracy and inventory management.
KRAs and KPIs:
1. Material Planning Accuracy

KPI: Accuracy in demand forecasting (measured by stock levels and on-time material availability).
KPI: Reduction in material shortages and excess inventory (measured by inventory turnover and holding costs).
2. Project Coordination and Timeliness

KPI: Timeliness of material delivery aligned with project schedules.
KPI: Effective resolution of material planning issues (measured by project delays and stakeholder feedback).
3. Inventory Optimization

KPI: Optimization of inventory levels (measured by stock accuracy and reduction in waste).
KPI: Improvement in planning processes (measured by process enhancements and feedback from stakeholders).

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in material planning or supply chain management.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, knowledge of material planning software, and experience in demand forecasting and inventory management
