Job Description Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies:Able to take personal responsibility for all issues concerning the operation and management of Maximo. Analyse information accurately. Display sound judgement. Solve problems. Present complex information in an understandable way. Influence decision makers.
Qualification: Degree, (BSin computer science or any related field)
Experience: At least3 years experience in development and maintenance of web based applications, and have strong technical and product knowledge of Maximo configuration, implementation and support.Must have worked in different Maximo projects.

Principal Accountabilities / Key Result Areas:
•To provide senior level experience in solving Maximo technical problems, and supporting end users.
•To contribute to and lead the creation of new workflow processes mapping to du departmentsbusiness processes.
•To be responsible ofconducting GAP analysis and Writing technical and Functional Specifications for, and development, implementation and documentation of any new technical requirements such as interfaces to other systems, new applications and modules, etc….
•To work with the Senior Manager of du facilities systems to ensure that all Maximo change requests are analyzed, documented, and executed.
•To ensure that Maximo is configured as per the existing requirements or any new requirement following the processes and procedures of the department.
•To help develop and implement internal systems management processes and best practices.
•To proactively manage and apply Maximo upgrade exercises and patches installations.
•To conduct on site standard and customized trainings, and develop customized training materials.
•To design, develop, implement, and document new Maximo reports as per the need.
