Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections to enhance vehicle longevity.
Replace or repair malfunctioning parts such as engines, transmissions, and exhaust systems, ensuring optimal vehicle performance.
Conduct thorough safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed
Handle repairs related to cooling systems, fuel systems, and exhaust systems
Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic (preferably with pickup trucks and light commercial vehicles)
Diagnose and repair issues in petrol and diesel vehicles, including 3-ton pickups and cars
Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent, with specialized training in automotive technology from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced automotive repair shop, showcasing hands-on expertise.
ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification preferred, indicating a commitment to professional standards.
Proven experience with modern diagnostic software and tools, demonstrating technical proficiency in vehicle systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
