Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain, and repair gearboxes and heavy machineries while ensuring all work meets organizational standards and scope.
  • Accurately assemble and disassemble mechanical components as per engineering requirements.
  • Communicate closely with the project lead to ensure timely fulfilment of all project tasks and open points.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures consistently while working on technical tasks.
  • Interpret section drawings, hydraulic schematics, and technical manuals effectively during assembly or repair.
Must have requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field; or vocational training as a mechatronics or automotive technician.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, repair, or a technical workshop role.
  • Familiarity with complex gearboxes or other high-precision automotive products.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the functionality of mechanical components.
  • Experience using a range of tools for mechanical repair and assembly.
  • Ability to interpret technical section drawings, hydraulic schematics, and equipment manuals.
