Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain accurate BIM model disciplines, ensuring compliance with company standards and ISO 19650

  • Collaborate closely with BIM Coordinators, engineers, contractors to resolve design conflicts.

  • Ensure models adhere to BIM standards and project requirements.

  • Support clash detection activities using Navisworks to similar tools to identify and resolve model conflicts.

  • Ensure that models comply with BIM standards, Levels of Development (LOD) requirements, and (BEP) guidelines.

  • Assist in preparing quantity take-offs (QTO) when required.

  • Maintain proper version control, file management, and model documentation.

  • Generate drawings, schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models are required.

  • Update models based on design changes, and coordination feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in relevant engineering discipline, with 2-5 years of experience in a construction industry (high-rise building, villas, and schools).

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Draughtsman or Revit Operator.

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and basic Navisworks.

  • Understanding of BIM standards, LOD levels, and modeling works.

  • Good attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
