Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed 3D mechanical models using BIM software to ensure accurate representation of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and structural engineers to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into building designs.
  • Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve potential conflicts in the design prior to construction.
  • Generate and maintain accurate documentation, including equipment schedules and installation details, for project stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, providing a strong foundation in mechanical principles.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in mechanical BIM modeling, showcasing hands-on expertise.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, essential for effective modeling and collaboration.
  • Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred for a competitive edge in technical skills.
