Mechanical Draftsman Loops Automation LLC

We are looking for Mechanical Draftsman to join our team.

SCOPE (Brief Description Of Overall Responsibility):

• Prepare P&I.D and GA drawing in consultation with Process/ Piping engineer

• Prepare all detailed drawing for mechanical assembly and support systems

• Receive and file all E&I and System drawings from E&I / System Engineer

• Responsible for the control and issue of all engineering drawings related to the metering department in coordination with the Senior Project Engineer.

• Maintain proper filing system for hard and soft copies of all engineering drawings for the department.

• Maintain drawing issue sheet

• Proficient in AutoPLANT 3D, CADWorx, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.TEKLA Navis , STD ,SP3D

• Familiar with ADNOC drawing specification.

• Prepare structural schedules and structural support drawings as per standards.

• Design junction boxes supports and cable routing layouts.

• Verify coordination with E&I equipment in General Arrangement Drawings (GAD).

• Prepare fabrication-level drawings including isometrics and weld maps, etc.

• Identify clashes and support to resolve design conflicts.

• Prepare pipeline lists.

• Submit drawings in accordance with project formats and procedures.

• Review and update vendor General Arrangement drawings ( VALVES , ACTUATORS , STRAINERS , FLOW METERS )

• Verify the BOQ of the pipes , fittings , structures and supports are in line with drawings

• Able to understand structural and stress analysis comments and reflect the same in the drawings

• Participate in model review sessions with the end user .
