Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Department: Facility Management
Designation: MEP Engineer
Experience: 8–10 Years
Roles & Responsibilities / Job Handling Areas
HVAC system operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing faults in HVAC systems.
Maintenance of plumbing and water supply systems, including design and upgrading of systems.
Fire protection system inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Energy management and sustainability initiatives, including BMS monitoring.
Asset management, inventory of mechanical equipment, ensuring timely maintenance, and developing preventive maintenance plans.
Building automation control.
Emergency and backup system handling.
Waste management system handling.
Air quality management system monitoring.
Documentation, reporting, and budgeting.
Key Competencies Required
Strong knowledge in MEP and facility maintenance.
HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance expertise.
Knowledge of BMS and automation systems.
Preventive maintenance planning.
Fire and safety compliance awareness.
Documentation and reporting skills.
Budget handling capability.
