We are a leading Electro-Mechanical Contracting Company having Head Office in Dubai and branch offices across GCC region requires a Mechanical Engineer to support execution of Pumping Station project/s – Water Supply System. The scope of work is Design, Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of complete electro-mechanical and Instrumentation works associated with the Pumping Station.

 Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of the projects.
 At least 12 years’ of experience on piping and Large Water Supply Pumping station.
 Working experience with TRANSCO Project/s shall be an added advantage
 Capable to review design validation studies like; Hydraulic study, surge analysis and pipe stress analysis.
 Knowledge on process and P&I Diagram.
 Arranging shop drawings and material submittals.
 Familiar with relevant site activities.
 Coordination with engineering team & other departments
 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering thro’ reputed University
 Provides leadership and guidance to the Project Supervisors and maintain proper discipline, punctuality at site.
 Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
 Responsible for complete execution of the project as per the specifications.
 Responsible to ensure the technical accuracy of the project like land surveying, drafting software and technical test devices and to be able to recognize when the technical problems are developing in various disciplines initiate appropriate corrective plans.
 Participating in client/ contractor meetings and resolving client/engineering and management project issues.
 Manage and coordinate the site activities as per contractual scope of work and define the required resources and contract schedule and assigned budget.
 Must be cost conscious and shall be accountable for identification of areas of waste reduction.
 Serve as primary interface between the project team and project manager, conveying technical, schedule and project performance information in a timely & professional manner.
 Reviews project design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, client contract requirements and ensure project deliverables.
 Provides reports on the status of project milestones as well as prepare interim and completion project reports.
 To provide technical expertise including design, estimating, planning, engineering, procurement, construction & execution, pre commissioning through all phases of projects.
 Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
 Drive ownership of health and safety in all aspects of project execution, office and personal environments.
 Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
