Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Optimize manufacturing processes for steel furniture and fire-rated door production.

  • Drafting and production drawings

  • Develop and interpret CNC drawings to guide production activities.

  • Coordinate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production

  • Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement. Support the design and fabrication of prototypes and new products.

  • Handle labor management effectively, ensuring a productive and motivated workforce.

  • Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

  • Manage and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and professional development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

  • 3-5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in steel furniture and fire rated door manufacturing.

  • Strong experience in CNC drawing and operation.

  • Proven ability to plan and execute production activities effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
