Mechanical Engineer

-Large site/multi-site experience of Grade A Facilities and Sites.
-Extensive Facility Management technical services experience in Mechanical engineering.
-Mixed use facilities experience (retail, commercial, residential, leisure).
-Experience in providing maintenance services using PPM schedules and maintenance records.
-Provide technical support for all trades as required, including mechanical engineering.
-Experience in analysis systems for mechanical building systems performance and fault finding.
-Review and enhance preventive maintenance procedures on mechanical system assets.
-Strong knowledge of relevant industry and design standards for mechanical services.
-Knowledge and abilities to prepare SOP’s and EAP’s for mechanical engineering services.
-Detailed knowledge of HSE requirements for Engineering Services.
-Detailed knowledge of fault finding and rectification processes.
-Knowledge of relevant industry and design standards for HVAC systems and services (NFPA, ISO BSI etc.), and any statutory standards and guidelines.

At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in Facility Management mechanical maintenance services with proven track record in large scale centralized property operations environment. Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is an advantage.
