Mechanical Engineer Fletcher Piccolo Associates DMCC

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with proven experience in the UAE construction industry, specifically in hospitals and mid-level towers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of building projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, local regulations, and quality standards.

• Review, interpret, and coordinate mechanical designs and drawings for hospital and mid-level tower projects.
• Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, international standards, and client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with architects, electrical engineers, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality and adherence to specifications.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.
• Provide technical support during design development and construction phases.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve mechanical-related issues efficiently.
