Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Coordination
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, site engineers, electrical teams, landlords/clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals among all stakeholders.

2. Site Evaluation & Technical Oversight
• Conduct and oversee mechanical site evaluations, review shop drawings, tender drawings, and as-built drawings, providing technical guidance to on-site teams.
• Verify compliance with project specifications, standards, and sustainability objectives.

3. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, budgets, drawings, and stakeholder communications.
• Contribute to building a central repository of completed project data for future reference and continuous improvement.

4. Maintenance & Handover
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure a seamless transition from project completion to operations.
• Provide necessary documentation and technical support for ongoing maintenance and sustainability tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–6 years of relevant UAE experience, preferably in HVAC and mechanical services for retail/commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and energy optimisation systems.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and familiarity with green building standards (LEED, Estidama, or similar) is an advantage.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
