Job Description

Technician Freon Blast Freezer

• 3 year of hands-on experience in Freon blast freezer maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Freon-based refrigeration systems and components.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
• Experience in industrial or fish processing environments preferred.

Mechanical Engineer Fish Processing Factory

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Freon blast freezer maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration principles, Freon gas systems, compressors, evaporators, condensers, and control systems.
• Experience in industrial cold storage & fish processing factories is highly preferred.

Quality Controller / Quality Supervisor

• Strong knowledge of pelagic fish species and related quality protocols.
• 3-5 years of Gulf experience in the fish processing industry (mandatory).
• Familiarity with international quality and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
