Mechanical Engineer ARADA Developments LLC

Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the mechanical design, supervision, and execution of building services projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems, along with excellent coordination and leadership skills to manage consultants, contractors, and site teams.

• Oversee and supervise all mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.

• Review and approve design drawings, technical submittals, and material specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and relevant codes.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure that all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, electrical engineers, and civil engineers for integrated project delivery.

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and technical reports.

• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain project schedules and quality standards.

• Liaise with consultants, and authorities for approvals and inspections.

• Apply value engineering approach wherever possible to reduce costs, improve quality and increase productivity.

• Conducting site meetings and site audits to ensure full compliance with project requirements and

specifications

• Manage the process of the authority design approvals. Liaise with all the local authorities to ensure that all works are in-line with their standards and regulations as well as ensure coordination with the local authorities for all required approvals and certifications.
