Minimum 3 years’ experience in MEP works for luxury villas & interiors Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems Ability to manage site works & coordinate with project teams Detail-oriented with a passion for quality
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design skills Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Project Management skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience in the construction or MEP industry is a plus
