Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our team in the UAE.
� Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Mechanical Estimator
✔️ Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting estimation
✔️ Expertise in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation & cost analysis
✔️ Experience in tender pricing, quotations & proposal submissions
✔️ Ability to coordinate with suppliers & subcontractors for competitive pricing
✔️ Good understanding of UAE market rates, drawings & specifications
✔️ Proficiency in Excel/estimation tools (preferred)
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the UAE as a Mechanical Estimator
• Strong hands-on expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems estimation
• Excellent skills in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and detailed cost analysis
• Proven experience in tender pricing, budget estimation, and proposal submissions
• Well-versed with UAE market rates, local suppliers, and subcontractors
