As a Mechanical Foreman, you will play a crucial role in our engineering and maintenance team, overseeing mechanical works and ensuring efficient execution of projects. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics for troubleshooting issues.
- Participate in planning and scheduling projects to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with other department managers and project stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials and equipment as required.
- Provide training and mentorship to new employees and apprentices.
- Prepare reports on project progress, worker performance, and budget utilization.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex mechanical issues efficiently.
- Maintain clear, organized records on maintenance activities and project documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a mechanical environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, engineering principles, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- Effective leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in mechanical contexts.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
- Relevant certification or degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
