Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections on machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Diagnose mechanical failures using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques, determining root causes to implement effective solutions.
  • Execute planned maintenance schedules, including lubrication, adjustments, and replacements, to enhance the longevity and reliability of mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to modify existing equipment and develop new maintenance procedures that improve efficiency and safety standards.
  • Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests, troubleshooting and repairing equipment failures to restore operations as quickly as possible.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Hands-on experience with tools and equipment typical in mechanical maintenance, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma, with preference for an associate degree or technical certification in mechanical maintenance or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills being an advantage for international workplaces.
