Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1.) Major Overhauling & troubleshooting of Marine 2 stroke & 4 stroke engines.
2.) Overhauling & timing adjustment of Fuel pumps.
3.) Overhauling of ship machineries, including centrifugal pumps, Cops, Gear Pumps, Hoisting Winch gear box assy, Hydraulic Actuators, Valves etc
4.) Should be able to lead a team & supervise the jobs for ME, Generators & other machineries.
5.) Candidate should be willing to sail along with vessel for 10 to 12 days if required to carry out generator decarb as per requirements.
6.) Calibration of Piston ring grooves, cylinder liners, con rod end bearings, crank pin bearings, crankshaft deflection checks & prepare reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should hold engineer degree
- Should have atleast 3 years of experience in marine or shipping field.
- UAE driving license is added advantage.
