Mechanical Technician JA Resorts & Hotels

The job holder will be primarily responsible for periodic preventive maintenance schedule for most of the Plant machinery unit responsible for operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair and ensure all operations and maintenance activities are properly recorded and documented. Would be responsible for site progress in all day-to-day activities, ensuring PPM work in accordance with specification & Hotel requirement.

Qualifications:

An NCVT Diploma / ITI Technical Certificate course in Mechanical from a recognized Board / Institute.

Gulf experience in facilities management of high raise Buildings /villa Complexes, Commercial building, Banks, School/ College or Hotels Minimum 6 years at trade level desirable.

Good communication skills, self-motivated. Able to detect any impending trouble on plant machinery in operation and take corrective action.

Must be able to read and write English, an additional language would be advantageous
