Our client is an established and well-regarded HVAC and industrial ventilation equipment manufacturer based in Sharjah, UAE, with over 25 years of presence in the Middle East. They operate their own production facility and supply a wide range of ventilation and air movement products across the GCC and wider region. This is a hands-on, factory-based role within a stable and growing manufacturing environment.

Role Overview We are seeking four skilled Mechanical Technicians to join the production team. The role involves the assembly, inspection, and quality checking of HVAC and industrial ventilation components on the factory floor, working from technical drawings and engineering specifications. Candidates must be comfortable working in a shift-based, six-day working week environment with a strong focus on quality, output, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions

• Assemble parts, tools, and mechanical systems according to specifications

• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure accurate and precise assembly

• Align, fit, and secure components using bolts, screws, rivets, or welding where applicable

• Inspect assembled units to verify functionality and adherence to quality standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in coordination with the engineering team

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations

• Report defective parts or materials to supervisors in a timely manner

• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives on the production floor
